Fixed held NPCs not being centered when entering a pipe/door as Small Wario. Brand new world map sprites for walking left & right! But the old placeholder sprites will be kept into the 'EXTRAS' folder for anyone who prefers those! (This problem is on his big forms now for some reason.)

Added support for MrDoubleA's Cape Feather Powerup! Glide to your heart's content! Fixed a tiny 1px error on Small Wario's item-pulling frames.
